NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 3:00pm at Town Hall, 435 Main Rd, Monterey, MA 01245, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for 23 Seven Arts LLC c/o Avishay Nachon to renovate the interior of an existing non-conforming dwelling, construct new entry and stairs and structural repair as needed. This project is located at 23 Seven Arts Rd in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Books 2811 and 1751, Pages 67 and 242.
