NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 2:30pm at the Town Pavilion, 411 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the petition for a Variance under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws and MGL Chapter 40A Section 10 for Carol Heimann Irrevocable Trust to modify the existing lot by acquiring a 15’ x 70’ parcel on the south of existing property and retain the requirement for the 15’ setbacks front, side and rear to be used for a new accessory structure. This project is located at 523 Main Rd in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1937, Page 1. Record Title is in the name of Carol Heimann Irrevocable Trust.
