NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 2pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Rockhead Associates, LLC to reestablish a nonconforming use to allow the construction of a single family home. This project is located at 10 Northwest Cove in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1200, Page 138. Record Title is in the name of Rockhead Associates, LLC, by Donald Bernard, Manager.
