NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 3pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on Susan Steinberg’s appeal of a decision by the Building Inspector denying a certificate of occupancy pursuant to the Monterey Zoning Bylaws, as well as a use restriction that exists on the property.
