NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 3:30pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on Nancy & Roger Monk’s appeal of a decision by the Building Inspector’s declination to take enforcement action as requested pursuant to the Monterey Zoning Bylaws, as well as a use restriction that exists on the property. This project is located at Elephant Rock Rd in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 2401, Page 334. Record Title is in the name of Nancy A. Monk and Roger M. Monk.
