Hearing began at: 2:30pm

Members Present Remotely:  Gary Shaw, Clerk, Scott Jenssen, Susan Cooper, Acting Chair and Michael Banner

Also present remotely: Chapin Fish

The hearing began with the legal notice being read (which was posted for 2 consecutive weeks in the Berkshire Eagle and at the Town Hall).  The Acting Chair explained that due to the precautions being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 this hearing would be continued to June 15, 2020 at 1:30 at which time we hope to be able to meet in person at an outdoor location.  The applicant had no objections.

A motion was made to continue the hearing to June 15, 2020 at 1:30pm.  The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.

The hearing concluded at 1:35pm
