Hearing began at: 3:45pm
Members Present Remotely: Gary Shaw, Clerk, Scott Jenssen, Susan Cooper, Acting Chair and Michael Banner
The hearing began with the legal notice being read (which was posted for 2 consecutive weeks in the Berkshire Eagle and at the Town Hall). The Acting Chair explained that due to the precautions being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 this hearing would be continued to June 15, 2020 at 3pm at which time we hope to be able to meet in person at an outdoor location. The applicant had no objections.
A motion was made to continue the hearing to June 15, 2020 at 3pm. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
