Hearing began at: 3:12pm
Members Present: Jonathan Levin and Susan Cooper
Jonathan Levin opened the hearing and announced that due to one member being unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the applicant has requested that the hearing be continued until the full board can be present.
A motion was made to continue the hearing to March 16th at 3pm. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
