Members Present: Gary Shaw, Clerk, Scott Jenssen, Acting Chair and Michael Banner
The hearing began with Gary Shaw, reading the legal notice (which was posted for 2 consecutive weeks in the Berkshire Eagle and at the Town Hall). A motion was made to continue the hearing to 3pm on March 15, 2022 due to lack of a full board. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
