ZBA Hearing Meeting Minutes

Hearing began at: 2:35pm
Members Present: Stanley Ross, Scott Jenssen, Acting Chair, Susan Cooper, Gary Shaw and alternate Ian Jenkins
Also present: Jeremia Pollard, Town Counsel, Alexandra Glover, Jon Levin, Paula Hartstein, Kathleen Triem, Joe and Kathleen Wasiuk, Nancy Monk
The Board discussed the need to go into Executive Session to discuss potential litigation. Roll call was taken by the Acting Chair. Stan Ross present, Scott Jenssen present, Susan Cooper present and Gary Shaw present. A motion was made by Scott Jenssen to go into executive session, seconded, and approved unanimously. The Board agreed they will return to open session.
The Board returned to open session at 2:56pm.
There has been a request to continue this meeting to Monday as an overlapping appeal has been filed and it makes more send to address them both at the same time. Counsel is recommending the continuation.
The Board opened the appeals hearing and read the legal notice into record. It was agreed to waive the reading of the letters from abutters, boards and commissions. They are all available on file for the public to read.
Various documents, plot plans and deeds were reviewed.
A motion was made to continue the hearing to Monday, May 13, 2019 at 3pm and consolidate with the 2nd appeal filed. The motion was seconded and approved unanimously.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting which was seconded and approved unanimously at 3:17pm
