Meeting began at 10:00
- The Board met to discuss applications for real estate abatements. Each application has been
reviewed by all members of the Board.
Property #1 Map 223 Lot 39:The Board voted to deny the application to reduce the assessment.
Property #2 Map 227 Lot 39:The Board voted to reduce the value of the house by $50,000 for one year, until the conditions set forth by the Building Inspector have been fulfilled.An abatement will be issued.
Property #3 Map 212 Lot 007:The Board voted to deny the application to reduce the assessment.
Meeting ended at 10:30.
