MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

Date:  April 22, 2019

Present:  John Makuc, Roy Carwile, Julio Rodriguez and Peter Kolodziej

Also present: Paul Clark, Al Thorpe

The meeting began at 4pm

1. The minutes from 3/4/19 were approved.
2. Al Thorpe and Paul Clark representatives for the owners of 20 Sylvan Rd came in to discuss a proposed addition for this property.  The Board will need existing and proposed floor plans with a confirmed number of bedrooms and a summary as to why the existing system will be adequate with a few minor adjustments.
3. Peter told the Board that he is thinking of retiring and gave the Board some options to think about before discussing it officially at the next meeting.
4. The next meeting will be Monday, May 6, 2019 at 4pm.

The meeting adjourned at 4:30pm
