Board of Health Meeting Minutes 2/4/19

MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

 Date:  February 4, 2019

Present:  John Makuc, Julio Rodriguez, Roy Carwile and Peter Kolodziej

Also present: Mike Parsons, Steve Nelson

The meeting began at 4pm

1. Mike Parsons came in to discuss the property at 195 Main Rd.  The homeowners put in a system and want to add a bedroom now and potentially another bedroom at a later date (for a total of 5 bedrooms).  The Board felt that the 5^th bedroom would be pushing the limits and would require a larger system.  Mike is going to submit revised plans based on today’s recommendations.
2. Steve Nelson came in to discuss the septic at 20 NW Cove Rd. seeking to put in a tight tank.  Steve will need to provide more information before any upgrade plans can be approved.  The homeowners will not be returning until summer.
3. The minutes from 11/26/18 were approved.
4. The next meeting will be Monday, March 4th at 4pm.
