Agenda
- Septic Issue with 23 Seven Arts
Jim reported that the Owner of 23 Seven Arts wants to be removed from the shared septic and have their own private septic. The design the owner submitted does not have any variance requests. Jim recommended tabling this item until next month when they can address the concerns.
- Meeting with the Community Center.
Mary provided an update about the ARPA pavilion and the approval received from the Select Board. The Community Center will submit a variance to the plumbing inspector to plan for the installation of a permanent restroom in the future when funding is available. Currently the Community Center is seeking permission to be able to obtain portable toilets as needed for events. Mary reported that the Building Inspector informed her that a letter was required from the local Board of Health and Plumbing inspector. Jim confirmed that the Board would be endorsing the request for a variance and said he could reference this in the letter he would be writing for the Community Center. John moved to support the letter for the Community Center. Mort seconded. The Board voted unanimously.
- Unanticipated business
Jim reported that there was actually one year given for Camp Half Moon to submit the plans and two years to install the septic. The Camp is putting the septic out to bid and still need to have their inspections completed.
Jim said they were pre-planning for flu clinics and the use of additional funding for a shared community health worker and a full-time shared inspector to help with Towns that require some assistance.
John made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mort seconded. Call a vote: Mort-yes, John-yes, Tom-yes. Meeting adjourned at 2:32pm
