MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

Date:  July 6, 2020

Present:  John Makuc, Julio Rodriguez and Roy Carwile  

Also Present: Jim Wilusz, John Szablowski, Chris Tryon

The meeting began at 3pm

1. Chris Tryon of Berkshire Geo-Technologies discussed the existing failed system at 23 Point Rd.  This application requires several variances.  Abutters were notified of the hearing today and none were present to object.  Conservation Commission has already approved the project as submitted.  The Board unanimously approved the project as submitted.
2. The Board discussed Phase III of the Governor’s reopening plan as well as the decision that overnight camps will not be allowed until Phase IV.
3. The next meeting is scheduled for July 20th.
