MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

Date:  March 4, 2019

Present:  John Makuc, Roy Carwile and Peter Kolodziej

Also present: Steve Nelson, Shawn Batho

The meeting began at 4pm

1. Steve Nelson came in to continue the discussion on the proposed new septic for 20 Northwest Cove Rd.  The revised plans were approved as submitted.
2. Shawn Batho came in to discuss a proposed addition at 20 Sylvan Rd.  The Board advised Shawn that the owners would need to have an engineer and show that moving the tank meets compliance.  Confirmation of a current maintenance/inspection contract needs to be provided to the Board.
3. The minutes from 2/14/19 were approved.
4. The next meeting will be Monday, March 18th at 4pm.

The meeting adjourned at 4:30pm
