Discussion of how the Commission can best  share tasks and divide up our many projects

The remainder of the meeting was devoted to hearing Ron Oppenheimer speak about the town basketball court.  It has been loved for years by generations of townspeople, many of whom have fundraised for its improvement. Ron spoke on behalf of the group of players who would like to help in any way to facilitate getting lines painted and the court functioning by Memorial Day this year. He volunteered to be part of the process. He emphasized that the group would like the court to continue to have some kind of sign memorializing it to Jamie Bogdanoff.

A motion was made and seconded: We will work to get the lines painted by Memorial Day. We will get an estimate as soon as possible, and we believe that we will be able to fund it.

Before closing the meeting, Steve said that he will speak to the Board of Health Officer.  We will also clarify the best way for approving the minutes and making them public.
