Parks Commission Minutes

In attendance:  Julio Rodriquez, Peter Poirer, Ilene Marcus

1.  Parks FAQs.  Will be listed on phone line and on website.  Voice mail is now cleared out and will be attended to weekly. Ilene will ask Melissa to update the Parks Website with info belwo:

Garfield Beach Open from Saturday June 29th and Closes on Tuesday September 3rd, 2019

Life Guards on Duty 11 am to 5 pm

Please Observe all Signs

Please place all kayaks and small craft on a rack (across from the beach).   If it is not on a rack it must be removed.  

2.  Approved Life Guard Contract from Berkshire South - just clarify that Life Guards will be raking the beach each morning.

3.  Softball field to be cleaned-up and reinforced with special dirt by Gary O'brien, once the fields dry.

4.  Sign to be posted by the boat racks - Julio to get sign made:

Please place all kayaks and small craft on a rick.  If it is not on a rack it must be removed.

5.  Quorum attended and the minutes were adopted.
