1. Master Plan discussion – Reviewed contract revisions and edits submitted by town attorney.  Discussed timetable for RFP submissions. 
2. Review of 10 Northwest Cove Special Permit application – Amended application to Special Permit issued in 2021 for same property.  Planning Board suggests approval to ZBA.
3. Correspondence – Three notices of pending actions from Town of Sandisfield.
4. Approved minutes - For 1/27/2022 meeting.
5. No other board member business.
