Call to Order

6pm: Meet with Mead, Talerman and Costa; appointment and engagement of Town Counsel and counsel contract

6:30pm: Meet with Terry Walker to discuss Town Clerk posted office hours

Old Business

  1. Review of employee mediators, letter of engagement and scheduling
  2. Draft 10 point plan based on recommendations made by the Greene Report
  3. Setting a special election to fill Select Board vacancy
  4. Draft Select Board policy regarding written follow-up letters
  5. Update on KP Law bill
  6. Greene & Hafer bill

  1. Town Administrator Items:
    1. Rural and small town development letter of support
    2. Fiber Connect milestone signoff
    3. Shared Human Resource Director update
