5:30pm: Eric Weiss

6pm: Dave Fierro

6:30 – 7pm: Monthly meeting with the Finance Committee and BMA

  1. Interdepartmental transfers from 7/12/19 meeting
  2. Accounts payable section of draft finance policies and procedures manual (sent on 5/29)
  3. Michael Germain to discuss Ken Wagner invoice/services/special town meeting
  4. Jon S. report from the SBRSD regionalization meeting

7 – 7:15pm: Alice Boyd

  1. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) public hearing
  2. CDBG update

7:15pm: Administrative items (in no specific order and if there is time):

  1. Broadband Update, sign MBI Action Plan
  2. Discuss report from Building Inspector on school building assessment
  3. Select Board & Admin Asst roles/function
  4. Temporary town administrator 
  5. Adoption of a policy that no bill should be rejected unless the select board approves the rejection 
  6. Administrative Assistant items
  7. Approve minutes
  8. Review mail and correspondence to be sent/signed
  9. New Business - reserved for topics that the chair did not reasonably anticipate would be discussed

The listings of matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.

If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order an officer.
