  2. Draft policy: anti-discrimination and harassment
  3. Getting rid of remote meeting format for Select Board meetings
  4. Request from building department to raise inspection fees and payment to inspectors

New Business

  1. Board of Registrars vacancy
  2. Sign State election warrant
  3. Town Clerk weekly report
  4. Recommended temporary Transfer Station changes
  5. Town Administrator items:
    1. Review and approve full time officer job description
    2. New Conflict of Interest Law Online Training Program (response required)
    3. Police Chief recommendation(s) and set interview schedule with the Board
    4. Meeting day before Thanksgiving and providing day after Thanksgiving off to employees
    5. Draft memo regarding Town Administrator
  6. Amend Police Chief job description to include Animal Control Officer and harbormaster
  7. Amend Director of Operations and Town Clerk job descriptions to correct direct report
