Call to Order 12pm

12pm: Meet with Sophia Bletsos, Human Resource Director to discuss the following items:

  1. General updates
  2. Draft policy: anti-discrimination and harassment
  3. Timetable for employee reviews
  4. Structure for department head reviews
  5. Town Clerk recommendations
  6. Employee handbook

12:30pm: Meet with David Eisenthal of Unibank to discuss loan renewal options

  1. Roll over the Borrowing Anticipation Note for Library
  2. Roll Borrowing Anticipation Note for highway equipment - paying down principal for amount not used
  3. Bid sheet will be going out 1st week in October, and banks will bid the week of October 17th

Old Business

  1. Plan for Special Town Meeting
  2. Early voting hours for the State election

New Business

  1. Administrative Assistant/Council on Aging Outreach Worker appointment: Kathryn Roberts
  2. State of the school house
  3. Town Administrator items:
    1.  Department roundtables
    2. Accept $100 police donation
    3.  Medex renewal for 2023

  1. Review mail & correspondence received or to be sent:
  1. Letter from the Southern Berkshire Regional School District School Committee regarding the 8 Town Regional School District Planning Board
  2. Response from State Representative Pignatelli regarding parking fees for State Forests
