Old Business

  1. Review American Rescue Plan Act proposals (remaining funds $203,211)
    1. $57,000 for a new police cruiser
    2. $90,000 for a new tractor and roadside mower
    3. $98,271.23 for renovating the playground at Greene Park
    4. $85,000 for the construction of a pavilion at the Community Center
    5. $4,000 for a site analysis and consultation regarding workforce, senior or moderately priced housing
    6. $15,000 for a consultation about bringing solar power to Monterey
    7. $10,500 for the Historical Commission to help the application to make the village a Historic District
  2. Draft policy: anti-discrimination and harassment
