  1. Consider making a reserve fund transfer request of the Finance Committee for funds to complete investigation (JM)

    1. Request to contact counsel again regarding Jeremy Rawitz email dated 1/24/22; Conservation Commission expenditure
    2. Massworks grant
    3. All Boards Meeting/Training cancellation and associated correspondence
  3. Complaints about Conservation Commission and failure to hold meetings
    1. Conservation Commission resignations; Jeremy Rawitz, Nancy Tomasovich and Michael Zisser
    2. Conservation Commission appointments to assist with rebuilding and reorganizing; Chris Blair, Dave Dempsey and Tim Lovett
  4. Approve minutes of 1/19 & 1/26/22
  5. Review mail and any correspondence to be sent/signed:
