6pm: Meet with Lucy Prashkar and Jake Eberwein of the 8 Town Regional School District Planning Board

Old Business

  1. Continued FY23 appointments to Historical Commission and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator
  2. Town counsel contact form and policy
  3. Police Chief’s contract

  1. Town Administrator Items:
    1. Internal transfers
    2. Sexual harassment draft updated policy
    3. Rigid contract renewal
    4. Transfer station appointments Tim Deming and Travis Lusk
    5. Treasurer contract renewal
  2. Transfer station staffing
  3. Select Board secretary position, resumes received
  4. Review time off request policy and make up time policy with Human Resources Director
  5. Discuss protocol for submission of signature papers, nomination papers, and citizen petitions
  6. Discuss establishing Select Board office hours
  7. Special Event Permit request for the Bidwell House
