Meeting Opened at: 2:30pm

Select Board Members Present Remotely: Donald Coburn, Chair
After receiving an outpouring of sentiment about the location of the special town meeting, this emergency meeting was called to discuss whether the location should be moved from the firehouse bay to the pavilion located on the same property. The original reason to having it indoors was due to a fear of having the weather be too cold. A motion was made to be respectful to the community’s needs and change the venue from inside the firehouse to the pavilion on the firehouse grounds. The motion was seconded. The motion passed unanimously (2-0).
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 2:32pm
