Minutes of the emergency meeting of 7/15/20
Meeting Opened at: 3:30pm
Select Board Members Present: Donald Coburn, Chair, Steven Weisz
John Weingold was unable to be reached
As one internal, end-of-year transfer was mistakenly missed at the morning meeting because it had been stuck to another piece of paper, the Board met to approve to approve the transfer of $3,382.63 from 01-145-5345 to 01-145-5314. The transfer was approved unanimously by those members present.
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 3:31pm
