Executive Session Minutes of 4/6/22
Meeting Opened at: 2:07pm
Select Board Members Present: Steve Weisz, Chair, Justin Makuc and John Weingold
Also Present: Melissa Noe
A motion was made to enter Executive Session for the purpose of approving the minutes of 3/23/22 - 12pm, 3/23/22 - 6pm and 3/30/22 and to not return to open session. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved. Roll call was taken, John present, Steve present and Justin present.
Minutes of 3/30/22: A motion was made to approve the executive session minutes of 3/30/22 as amended and release them to the public. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
Minutes of 3/23/22 – 6pm: A motion was made to approve the executive session minutes of 3/23/22 – 6pm as amended and not release them to the public until the investigation has concluded. The motion was seconded and approved 2 – 0 with John abstaining. John disagreed and thought that the minutes should be released to the public at this time.
Minutes of 3/23/22 - noon: Justin informed the Board that he is working on a draft and will have them ready for next week’s meeting.
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 2:11pm
