Minutes of the meeting of 10/28/20

Meeting Opened at: 9am

Select Board Members Present: Donald Coburn, Chair, John Weingold

Also present: Mickey Jervas, Terry Walker

The meeting began and encountered technical difficulties.  Once the computer issue was solved the meeting resumed and a motion was made to accept and sign the one year bank notes for the library loan.  The motion was seconded and passed 2 – 0.

Don provided John with a draft copy of a budget planning memo for discussion at next Wednesday’s meeting.  Steve will be sent a copy via email.

A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 9:10am
