Select Board members present remotely: Justin Makuc, Chair

Select Board members absent: Scott Jenssen

Also Present: Melissa Noe (Town Administrator), Laurie McArthur (SB secretary)

Call to order 12:04pm

1. Transfer Station Attendant appointments: Ryan Moore and John Rohane

Melissa reported that the two Transfer Station Attendant appointees are scheduled to start this Saturday, and both requested $20 per hour for employment.  Both Ryan and John will work all three days until trained, and since Bill wants to work Wednesdays the two new gentlemen will likely work the weekends.  Susan motioned to appoint Ryan Moore and John Rohane as the new Transfer Station Attendants with indefinite appointments.  Justin seconded.  Call a vote: Justin-yes, Susan-yes.

1. Town Administrator items:
   1. Accept Equipment Rental Bid – Tryon Construction

Justin moved to accept the equipment rental bid from Tryon Construction.  Susan seconded.  Call a vote:  Susan-yes, Justin-yes. 

1. Unanticipated business

The Town received a $2,400 donation for the COA from Richard Pargament. Susan will write something to recognize his generous donation, pending his approval, and Justin agreed

Justin moved to accept the $2,400 donation to the COA.  Susan seconded.  Call a vote:  Susan-yes, Justin-yes.
