Minutes of the meeting of 4/30/20

Meeting Opened at: 10am

Select Board Members Present Remotely: Kenneth Basler, Chair, Donald Coburn, Steven Weisz

Also in attendance remotely: Kathleen Ronchi, David Lawless and Jeremia Pollard

The Board discussed the need to go into Executive Session to discuss litigation strategy pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(3) and to discuss same with counsel for the town.  Roll call was taken by the Chair. Chair, Kenn Basler, Donald Coburn, Steve Weisz, Jeremia Pollard and Kathleen Ronchi were all present. A motion was made by to go into executive session by Kenn Basler at 10:02am, seconded by Don Coburn, and unanimously approved. The Board agreed they will not return to open session.
