Minutes of the meeting of 4/5/22

Meeting Opened at: 6pm

Select Board Members Present remotely: Steve Weisz, Chair, Justin Makuc

Select Board Members absent: John Weingold

Also present remotely: Michele Miller, Frank Abbott, Mickey Jervas, Don Coburn

As this was a joint meeting to discuss finalizing the budget and the Finance Committee did not have a quorum, discussion took place to reschedule to 5:30pm on Wednesday, April 13^th.

A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 6:07pm
