Minutes of the meeting of 5/9/22

Old Business

1. Town Administrator Items:
   1. A motion was made to sign and accept the master plan agreement with Berkshire Regional Planning Commission with the payment stipulation addendum drafted by Justin.  The motion was seconded and approved 2 – 0.

New Business

1. Approve minutes of 4/27, 3/23 (executive session), 5/3 and 5/4/22
   1. A motion was made to approve the amended minutes of 4/27/22.  The motion was seconded and approved 2 – 0.
   2. A motion was made to approve the amended executive session minutes of 3/23/22 12pm meeting.  The motion was seconded and approved 2 – 0.
   3. A motion was made to approve the amended minutes of 5/3/22.  The motion was seconded and approved 2 – 0.
   4. A motion was made to approve the amended minutes of 5/4/22.  The motion was seconded and approved 2 – 0.

A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 4pm
