Minutes of the meeting of 6/25/19

Meeting Opened at: 4pm

Select Board Members Present: Kenneth Basler, Chairperson and Donald Coburn

Also in attendance: Tom Scanlon, Jeremia Pollard, George Cain

The Board discussed the need to go into Executive Session to discuss litigation strategies.  Roll call was taken by the Chair. Kenn Basler Select Board Chair, Donald Coburn and Finance Committee Chair, George Cain were present. A motion was made by to go into executive session, seconded, and approved. The Board agreed they will not return to open session.
