Minutes of the meeting of 7/1/19

Meeting Opened at: 9:07am

Select Board Members Present: Kenneth Basler, Chairperson, Donald Coburn and Steve Weisz

Also in attendance: Tom Scanlon (via telephone), Jeremia Pollard, George Cain

Don provided a copy of his report on the Broadband meetings for review to be discussed at Wednesday’s meeting.

The Board discussed the need to go into Executive Session to discuss litigation strategies.  Roll call was taken by the Chair. Kenn Basler, Select Board Chair, Donald Coburn, Steve Weisz and Finance Committee Chair, George Cain were present. A motion was made by to go into executive session, seconded, and approved. The Board agreed they will not return to open session.
