Minutes of the meeting of 9/15/21

Meeting Opened at: 6:04pm

Select Board Members Present: Steve Weisz, Chair, Justin Makuc

Select Board Members absent: John Weingold

Also present remotely: Martin Mraz, Jenna Johnson

The Board opened the joint pole hearing for Chestnut Hill and explained to the audience that due to an oversight this meeting was accidently scheduled on a high holy Jewish holiday and therefore the pole hearing was being continued to 6:15pm on September 22^nd.  A motion was made to continue the hearing to 6:15pm on September 22^nd.  The motion was seconded and passed 2 – 0.

The Board apologized for any inconvenience.

A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 6:08pm
