Minutes of the meeting of 9/26/19

Meeting Opened at: 9am

Select Board Members Present: Kenneth Basler, Chairperson, Donald Coburn and Steven Weisz via remote participation

Also in attendance: Jeremia Pollard, Mark Makuc, Mickey Jervas

The Board discussed the need to go into Executive Session to discuss litigation strategy.  Roll call was taken by the Chair. Chair, Kenn Basler, Donald Coburn, Mark Makuc, Mickey Jervas and Town Counsel Jeremia Pollard were present.  Steve Weisz is participating remotely. A motion was made by to go into executive session by Kenn Basler at 9:02am, seconded by Don Coburn, and unanimously approved. The Board agreed they will return to open session.

The Board returned to open session at 10am.

Miscellaneous Items Reviewed:

1. Minutes from 9/18/19 were approved.
2. Collins Center suggested interviewee list was reviewed and approved.  M. Noe will work with Sarah Concannon to schedule interviews for October 15 & 17.
3. Treasurer and Accountant update.
4. Mail was reviewed.

A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 10:30am
