1) Structure of the committee and election of any officers (secretary,chair, etc.).
2) Briefing from Town Administrator and Director of Operations regarding current situation at the Transfer Station and hiring issues facing the town, as well as solutions which have already been proposed.
3) Identification of critical features of transfer station operation.
4) Brainstorming of potential staffing solutions, including hiring obstacles and how they might be overcome.
