  1. Town Administrator items
    1. Review and accept bids for truck and dump body
  2. Approve 5/19 and 5/26/21 minutes
  3. 319 letter of support
  4. Review mail and correspondence to be sent/signed
  5. Continue review of Select Board Roles, Polices & Procedures draft
  6. Manadating Gotomeeting Transcripts of all Selectboard meetings, public and SB access to meeting recordings and link access always an issue, not downloadable, Mandate posting of meeting links to website for open access, Selectboard (SB) access to Gotomeeting account and recordings, labeling meetings SB meetings, discussion of moving to Zoom.   7. Discussion of stopping procedure of sending documents the day of meeting expecting edits without listing edits on Agenda. Only documents send 48 hours before a meeting should be discussed or considered. (JW)
  8. inaccurate/incomplete SB minutes,  failure to produce accurate minutes, review transcripts/recordings after the meeting  to produce accurate minutes.  Edits to minutes and minutes discussed at meeting and posted with links in minutes (JW)
  9. TA procedures,  Town Administartor (TA) vacation w/o approval, job duties per the job description,  post the TA job description on website, holding multiple paid positions contrary to job description (JW)
  10. Fire Department Self Contained Breathing apparatus Grant update, accounting of the $1K authorized for the grant writer, what happened to the grant?  (JW)
  11. Massworks Grant application update (JW)
  12. Green Communities update (JW)
  13. Defining the roles of the town Grant Writers and the TA “supervision” role over the grants, defining access to the grants (JW)
  14. Motion to reconsider transfers involving overtime for AA contrary to job description (JW)
  15. Discussion of why Monterey involved in HR search when job description says TA is HR (JW)
  16. Discussion of annual appointments with no expiration dates, change no expiration appointments with annual appointments (JW)
  17. Discussion to explore hiring new town counsel (JW)
  18. Legal updates to Selectboard from town counsel on all pending cases involving the Town and a summary of what happened at the last trial (JW)
  19. Clarification on legal counsel contact policy by entire Selectboard and all Chairs of committees and commissions after a vote of committees and commissions excluding SB as was agreed to put not included in the SB minutes (JW)
  20. Posting of Meetings/Agendas on Town website states the Agenda’s will be posted by "Town Clerk;” who has no access to website to post agendas or even the Town Clerk page.  Discuss to change this policy to allow town Clerk to legally post all agenda as the law provides for.  Each department have control of its own website page.  List each Selectboard email address on their page, take TA off the Selectboard page and move TA to her website page (JW)
  21. Policy:  old business and tabled business is discussed first at the following SB meeting, not last.  All votes shall be roll call votes (JW)

***If you wish to speak during the meeting, please raise your hand in order to be recognized by the Chairman.  Please state your name for the record before you begin to speak on an issue.  Regulation of participation by public in open meetings:  No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order an officer.  The Open Meeting Law does not require that public bodies allow public comment or public participation during meetings.***
