Call to Order

5:30 Executive Session: Discuss potential litigation by Town Clerk Terry Walker with MIIA insurance representative and Town Counsel (purpose 3 of MGL Chapter 30A §21)

Return to open meeting

6:00pm: Meet with Town Counsel, Donna Brewer, to discuss a listening tour and potential trainings for the Town

6:30pm: Meet with Laurie Shaw to discuss Community Center Committee’s request for American Rescue Plan Act funds for construction of a pavilion

6:45pm: Meet with the Fire Chief, Shawn Tryon to discuss Fire Department’s request for American Rescue Plan Act funds for medical vehicle to replace Rescue 5
