Call to Order 6:01pm
1. Appointments:
a. Annual appointments/reappointments for FY24
b. Full time police officer appointment - Jennifer Brown
Susan moved to appoint Jennifer Brown as a full time police officer for a one year probationary period. Justin seconded. Call a vote. Justin-yes, Frank-yes, Susan-yes.
c. Part time police officer appointment - Melanie Serrao
Susan moved to appoint Melanie Serrao as a part time police officer for a one year probationary period. Frank seconded. Call a vote. Justin-yes, Frank-yes, Susan-yes.
2. Discuss Town Clerk, term of office
This item will be tabled until the next meeting.
3. Review applicants for vacant Finance Committee seat, Finance Committee’s recommendation

4. FY24 Lockup Memorandum of Understanding with Great Barrington Police Department
Susan made a motion to sign the Lockup Memorandum of Understanding with Great Barrington Police Department. Justin-yes, Frank-yes, Susan-yes. Susan will sign the memo.
5. Amendments to the Renewable Energy Working Group contracts
This item will be tabled until the next meeting.
