TOWN OF MONTEREY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  

The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 3pm at Town Hall, 435 Main Rd, Monterey, MA 01245, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for the Gelbard Family Nominee Trust to construct an addition and renovation to the existing single-family residence.  This project is located at 22 Point Rd in Monterey.  The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1165, Page 316.  Record Title is in the name of Gelbard Family Nominee Trust.
